    2, PAM floctant dissolution condition temperature and PH value: in the dissolution, must be dissolved in water at room temperature, strong acid, alkali, high concentration, high salt, high temperature wastewater are not suitable for the dissolution of polyacrylamide, these water quality will seriously affect the polyacrylamide use of floccoagulation precipitation effect. It should be noted that the water temperature can not exceed 50 degrees Celsius when polyacrylamide is dissolved. Too high water temperature will promote thermal degradation of polyacrylamide, thus affecting the flocculation and sedimentation effect.

    3, the choice of polyacrylamide configuration container: in the dissolution, the dissolution tank to flow out of a certain space, to avoid the dissolution of the stirring device too much force, the liquid will be thrown out, resulting in waste.

4, PAM flocculant solution configuration ratio: in the dissolution of the configuration ratio is generally 1‰-3‰. That is, one ton of water, with 1kg of solid polyacrylamide particles. If the concentration is too large, it will cause the dissolution speed to be too slow and the dissolution time to be too long. If the concentration of the configuration is too low, it will increase the labor frequency of the workers. When the concentration of the selected mine wastewater is too high, this low concentration of polyacrylamide liquid can not meet the treatment requirements, resulting in water quality treatment is not up to standard.

    5, solution preparation must be constantly stirred: the process of turning on the stirrer for stirring. Pour the accurately weighed polyacrylamide evenly and as appropriate along the edge of the swirl produced by stirring. Must not be quickly poured into a one-time, this will produce a large number of “fish eyes”, these “fish eyes” is polyacrylamide a large amount of water caused by one-time pour, these “fish eyes” are extremely difficult to dissolve, so not only a waste of medicine, will also make the drug pipeline blocked.

    6, Stirring speed: the linear speed of the end of the blender blade should not exceed 8 m/s, so as not to cause polyacrylamide degradation. The stirring speed should not be too low, so as not to suspend the polyacrylamide particles on the water surface, so as to dissolve the agglomerates and increase the difficulty of dissolution.

    7, mixing time: polyacrylamide needs to be stirred for more than half an hour to fully dissolve, when there is no white micelle in the mixing tank, polyacrylamide is basically completely dissolved.

    8, only completely dissolved PAM flocculant, in order to play its own maximum flocculation precipitation. Therefore, when in use, the stirring device should be opened all the time, which can not only ensure the complete dissolution of polyacrylamide, but also increase the pressure to the drug tube, accelerate the outflow of liquid medicine.

    9, configuration of PAM flocculant solution, can not use centrifugal pump transfer, so as not to high-speed rotation of the blades caused by the shear degradation of polyacrylamide.

    10, polyacrylamide solution should be used now, the day of the configuration of good solution, it is best to use up within 48 hours. If the polyacrylamide solution is placed for a long time, its flocculation and precipitation will gradually decrease.

    11, after taking the PAM flocculation agent, the polyacrylamide packaging bag should be tied up immediately, can not let it be damp, exposed to the sun and contact with the air for a long time, so it is easy to make polyacrylamide hydrolysis, failure.

    12, take PAM flocculant, to use plastic, glass, or stainless steel containers, can not use iron containers, this is because iron ion is the cause of all polyacrylamide chemical degradation of the catalyst, will lead to polyacrylamide failure. Therefore, in the polyacrylamide configuration, transfer, storage, try to avoid it and iron contact.

    13, PAM flocculant preservation: polyacrylamide in storage, can not be exposed to the sun, damp, high temperature baking, water and so on. It has a shelf life of two years.
